Heart-Focus program

The self-regulation method known as Heart-Focus is based on the Heart-Math System and is used to promote a state of energy coherence throughout the autonomic nervous system.

This state of psycho-physiological coherance is different in many ways from the relaxation you experience when listening to music, watching the TV, reading a good novel or going for a walk in the countryside. That kind of ‘relaxation’ may not translate into the desirable, objective changes that result from psycho-physiological coherence nor will that form of relaxation bring the benefits that derive from psycho-physiological coherence.

Heart-focus is a modern scientifically proven method of managing stress, controlling excessive physiological symptoms, balancing unhelpful thought patterns, and employing positive emotional states that achieve a balanced state of mind, body and emotions.
