In today’s uncertain times stress is the one commodity that is available to everybody in abundance. Stress is a major cause of modern diseases, it spoils relationships, causes loss of concentration, prevents restful sleep, weakens the immune system and is a cause of many  major illnesses.  Understanding the causes and managing the symptoms is a major challenge in today’s world.

 

For over twenty five years I had personally chased stress around my body and did my best to just get on with life. Through my training as a psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, emdr therapist and lots of personal research, I have developed ‘be stresswise’ a programme that is unique in its field.  In its original form it was accredited by the University of Glamorgan in 1993 and run at the summer school on many occasions.

 

Stresswise has matured over the years and I now offer it to clients in one-to-one sessions.
